Caroline Cobb visited our church in Valley Center couple of years ago. She shared a song in the morning, and a concert in the evening. The song she shared in the morning was the lead song on this album: "There Is a Mountain." From the moment I first heard it, I was captivated. I can't listen to it without weeping. Musically outstanding, the lyrics of "There Is a Mountain" are compelling and powerful. It is a song about the grace and kindness of our Lord. It is a song about elevation. It tells the timeless tale of the love of our God, reaching out to us in our need and emptiness. It is the story of a gift that transcends belief. The love of the God who has become our friend, lifting us up and out of utter loss. Don't even think about it. Just click "Buy" now.

This CD is amazing! The arrangements and the lyrics are so wonderful. Caroline has done a beautiful job of telling the truth of the Bible. We are fallen people who need a Savior, and God's big plan is to redeem us through the blood of His only Son, Jesus. I just can't stop listening to it. It's hard to select a favorite song from this CD, but I am so touched by the lyrics of "Olnly the Sick Need a Physician". Who is this Man? Jesus, the Physician who heals.

Caroline's music is beautiful and honest and brings you into God's story in a way I have only rarely seen in Christian music. It's haunting and uplifting and reorienting. I can't recommend it highly enough!

  • Honest Songs of Hope and Longing

This album is filled with honest songs of hope and longing for the day Christ returns to make His home with us forever. What a beautiful thing it is to be able to worship in the car on the way to and from school with my children. It is so sweet to hear them sing the lyrics, “Come with open hands in need. Come hearts broken, bended knee. A gift can only be received.” It warms my heart to know that when I listen to Caroline’s album (and my own heart is being ministered to) that my children are hearing truth and being drawn closer to their Savior and King. Thank you Caroline for your heart that longs to worship him so purely and tell His story. This is definitely an album that will be on repeat in the days and weeks to come. So far, my personal favorites are There is a Mountain, Fullness of Joy and Behold, Behold.
