This has got to be a scam! I am shocked and disgusted. This is neither Cozy's style, sound nor choice of music. If anyone remembers one of the main reasons for Cozy leaving Rainbow was that he felt that the music Rainbow was playing was becoming too popish, e.g. Since You Been Gone, etc from Down to Earth. Whoever has pulled off this scam - Shame on you! Please go and find some other way of earning a living.
Anyone interested in Cozy's real work have a listen to his solo albums like 'Over the Top' or some of the early Rainbow albums or even a single called Night Games by Graham Bonnet with Cozy, Mickey Moody, Neil Murray and possibly Don Airey. Good rocking stuff.

Cozy Powell was able to play on the album because it was recorded in 1989.
Cozy Powell? Not on these tracks.

Cozy Powell? This is not Cozy's feel at all. There is no way this is him. Cozy's sound was so huge and solid. Any recording he ever did was so powerful with a great loose feel. This is almost like a drum machine rip to me or some r&b studio drummer. I caught Cozy the first time with Rainbow at The Beacon Theater in New York City in 1976 and he just blew the doors off the place. Rainbow was so powerful that pieces of the ceiling were falling like snow on all of us. The only thing falling in this i-Tunes Soundtrack is i-Tunes accuracy rating.

Cozy Powell died on April 5, 1998 following a car crash, driving his Saab 9000 in bad weather on the M4 motorway near Bristol.
My Question is,how could Cozy Powell play on those Recording's.
