And she was there, singing with a great band. She knocked me out. She did a cover of a Roxy Music song… was it 2 HB? I can’t remember! I came here looking for it. Her voice is fantastic - she is one of those singers ho uses her voice as an instrument- mixing with the rest of the band - she’s a monstrously talented and magnetic live performer.

I saw her there with a microphone an a guitar and some electronics, singing. She stole me breath away. I was entranced. My partner had to come back to find me, lost in her stories. It was sunny. I had tea and lemonade, and I listened until she left. I bought her CDs from her. I wish there was more from her.

We love Jill Knight! She is definately untapped talent! We used to listern to her in her SLO club days (mmatano! - go slo) - Jill is a real talent and I am glad I found her so long ago.

Now that I am a Jill Knight fan, I can't get enough of her fantastic work. An amazingly talented, soulful songwriter; a tremendous vocal talent, with a sultry, earthy, voice; and a highly accomplished guitarist with great back-up musicians. Singer/songwriter talent doesn't get any better than this. Jill's music can put me in an altered state of being, a place of joy and boundless beauty.

I've been a fan of hers when she used to play in all the clubs in SLO and Poly. She was terrific then and now she is so much more. Thank you for the great music.

I was with a few friends when I heard her amazing music coming through the speakers. We HAD to stop and listen. The citizens of San Francisco are extremely lucky to have her in their city. Goodluck Jill, Biology Honors class from Florida.

We, too, saw her performing outdoors in SF. She "Blows Away" with her voice and musical style. We need more from her, both recordings and live performances.

I stumbled across Jill in the streets of mystic San Francisco and boy did she stop traffic. I was forced to stop and listen, I couldn't leave until she was done and then I wanted more. You will too. Stop to listen to: Don't Make Me Cry and Onion Skin. Although Onions do make you cry these two songs will make your ears cry for more! Enjoy!!

Amazing song writer with a voice of an angel. This woman will blow you away with her power house voice. You may find Jill's voice to be, sultry, smokey, and smooth. Her sound is a mixture of jazzy, soulful. folk, and nothing less than beautiful. The world will get to know this this woman!!!
