Jeff Buckley’s talent is perfectly showed in this setting-live and raw and as endearing and wholesome as he wanted it to be. For any Jeff Buckley fan, this MUST be a staple in your collection. This captures him at his best, loving his craft and showing the honesty and poetic skill that set him so far above all others. For those that believe in Heaven, we all should take comfort in knowing he’s up there playing and doing what he always loved to do.

there are no words to describe this talented young man... all i can say is: buy the album
  • To much hum?

Great music, but the hum takes away from the talent. I don't know if this was a boot legged or not, but somebody needs to go over it or bring the price down a hell of a lot more.
  • Sublime. Just sublime.

An incredible and pure performance that demonstrates the power of what one man and a guitar can do. Worth listening to uninterrupted and with eyes closed.
  • Perfect.

...although it's another sad case of a voice of an angel with a head full of demons this is a must have. R.I.P Jeff...miss you daily.

The combination of Jeff's unbelievable beatiful voice, his unreal range and his full guitar playing is perfect. He didn't need a band for this album because his guitar playing has so many aspects of it that it creates a great sound and you forget it's only him and a guitar
  • Amazing

I don't know which is more awe-inspiring.. hearing the late great younger Buckley play for a small intimate crowd or hearing Frank Black's musical master mind at work playing, explaining, and planning several songs that became hits for his band The Pixies on the Frank Black Francis release. But back to Jeff Buckley. If you consider yourself a fan at all, get this. If not, get this. Basically, anyone who is a fan of music should have spin this double album at least once. From covers of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Nina Simone, Dylan, Zeppelin, Billie Holiday and more to some of his original pieces like Lover, You Should Have Come Over and Eternal Life… this live album just has it all. What's most enjoyable in my opinion is the banter between Jeff and the audience. His vulnerability and honesty just highlight the bravery and imaginative exploration of music, of which he stated before his passing was "endless." Sometimes I wish this live album were endless.

You can't see or hear Jeff live ever again so this may be the closest you ever get to meeting him and attending a live performance of this amazing artist and if you haven't already... Buy Grace...illegally download anything else you want, but buy Jeff's album Grace. It's worth so much more than what you are paying for it.
